Carl Jung referred to making a choice in the following way. “Your vision will become clear when you look into your heart. He who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside awakens.”
The Science of Mind book states it the following way on page 58. “Now there is not a power of will, but a power of choice.”
I like the following affirmation: “Today I turn inward to make victorious choices. Right now I have all I need to fulfill my vision for my life.”
Michele Longo O’Donnell in her latest book about The Simplicity of Healing has many examples of this (recommended reading). Page 147 “Mankind lived under the law of sowing and reaping, cause and effect...and that new terminology now, the law of attraction...for generations, until Jesus. “The law came by Moses, but Mercy and truth came by Jesus Christ.”
“We have not because we ask not.” We all need Mercy. We have all offended. To approach God knowing that He is Mercy and delights in our receiving it, is to know God! To approach God expecting punishment, knowing we deserve it, is a declaration that we don’t know Him at all!”
There are many others who have expressed making choices some of whom I know about and others I yet to discover.
The truth is that NOW is when a decision can be made.
Michele Longo O’Donnell on page 107 of her new book tells us how she proceeds. “ I always begin by specifically asking the Holy Spirit for guidance in how to proceed in prayer. I know that the Spirit “searches the hearts” of those involved and knows what they need, what they are holding in their thoughts which would block the healing and exactly how to allow the flow of light, life and power to be experienced.”
